Bookings
Bookings are one-week slots Friday to Friday, with arrival from 4pm and check out at 10am.
Crossing discount
5% discount on Brittany Ferries.

Deposit
A deposit of £35 per person will be needed upon booking.
Payment policy
Full payment must be paid 28 days before the booking date.
Payment will be processed via bank transfer, details will be supplied over email.
Adults only
We only accept booking of up to 4 adults.
No pets
We do not allow pets into this property.
No smoking
There is a no smoking policy on this property.
Cancellations
Cancellations before 28 days of the booking dates will have the deposit refunded.
Cancellations within 28 days of the booking date have a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations within 7 days of the booking date require payment in full.
Damages
Costs for any damages to the property will be removed from the deposit.
